FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Enrollment Policies

All forms must be filled out completely. Parents are responsible to inform Divine Miniature Moments of any change in status, address home or work phone numbers. There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00 due once a year per child (this covers the cost of learning material), this will also hold a spot for your child for (14) days. If your child(ren) are not enrolled for 14 days from your deposit/hold date you will forfeit your deposit and space.

All tuition fees are due on Mondays (prior) for following weeks care. All fees received after close of business day on Monday will be considered late and a $10.00 late fee will be applied on Tuesday. Full tuition is required every week. Absentee due to illness, vacation, or personal time is the responsibility of the parent. Please communicate with the director if your child will not be in attendance for the day. For the safety and well being of other children please keep any sick children at home.

You will be notified 30 days prior in any increase in your child's tuition.

Any child exceeding 10 hours of a care a day will increase your rate by $15.00 a week.

​

Late Fee: Hours of operation are 7:30AM to 6:00PM - any pick up after 6:00 will result in a $5.00 late fee and you will be charged $1.00 per minute per child thereafter (all due at the time of pickup).

*** If you do not contact Divine Miniature Moments Daycare and your child is not picked up we are required by law to contact DFC and the local police department.

Vacation

The provider will take one week vacation each year. During that week the daycare is closed you will have to make proper arrangements for your child. Notification will be given 30 days prior. Tuition fees are still due!

​

Each full time enrolled child will be allowed one week a year of vacation once your child has been enrolled for 12 months. Please provide two-week written notice to vacation dates.

Arrivals/Departures

We want to make your transition of coming and going an easy one. Each day upon arrival and departure all children must be signed in and out (logs will be in designated areas).

​

To enforce COVID procedures parents are required to wear masks when dropping and picking up their children and are no longer allowed to enter into the facility. Every child(rens) temperatures will be checked at the door. 

​

Termination Policy

Divine Miniature Moments Day Care reserves the right to terminate for the following reason:

  • Failure to pay or pay on time

     

  • NSF checks

     

  • Incomplete forms or false information

     

  • Lack of parental cooperation/disrespect

     

  • Immunization not kept current

     

  • If director is not properly notified of child's absentee

     

  • Parent is not supportive in addressing behavioral problems, i.e. biting, inappropriate language, etc.

Withdrawl

Divine Miniature Moments Daycare requires a two-week written notice before withdrawing your child(ren) or full week tuition will be due. Please give as much notice as possible.

​

Open Door Policy

At Divine Miniature Moments our doors are always open to our parents during the hours 7:30AM to 6:00PM. You are required by the state of Georgia to make your presence known. Please NO drop offs and pick up during nap time (1:00PM- 3:30PM)if possible.
